The Kino Flo MIMIK 120 is a hybrid video light fixture that mirrors video content while applying higher tonal and color rendering, providing greater spectral bandwidth and true-to-life cinematic colors when lighting talent and set elements in virtual production environments. Driven by a Megapixel Helios video processor, the MIMIK 120 displays a full-spectrum image that also serves as a light source. The patented Kino Flo technology translates an incoming RGB video signal into five individual emitters (warm white, cool white, red, green and blue), generating foreground lighting that creates extreme realism on virtual sets. The MIMIK expands real-time and post-production options, delivering 8,000 NITS, along with the ability to shoot up to 960 frames per second and offer as many as 32 Alpha channels at 30 frames per second.
